Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and Pricing
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail will be precise. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item without notice.
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. All prices listed are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and personal checks. All payments must be made in full prior to delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or wire transfers. If your order is placed with financing through a third-party provider, the terms of that financing agreement will apply separately.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery options and arrangements vary based on your location and the items ordered. We offer white glove delivery, drop-off delivery, and free customer pickup from select warehouses. Detailed information about delivery services is available on our Delivery Information page.
If you choose to pick up your order in person, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of your invoice at the time of pickup. Please ensure you have appropriate transportation and materials (such as blankets and tie-downs) to safely transport your furniture, as our staff is unable to assist with securing items in your vehicle.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Return Policy for complete details. In summary:
- You must notify Coastal Furniture within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
- Floor samples, custom order items, mattresses, and bases are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Warranty
Coastal Furniture warrants its furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one year from the date of possession. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires a valid copy of the original invoice.
Exclusions to the warranty include:
- Furniture that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Coastal Furniture
- Clearance, “as-is,” or floor sample merchandise
- Accessories, bed linens, and decorative items
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading or pilling
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
For warranty claims, please contact us within the warranty period. We may request clear photographs to assist in evaluating the claim.
7. Damages and Defects
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect your furniture and report any damages or defects. We are not responsible for damages that occur after delivery or as a result of customer handling, moving, or assembly. If you are unable to inspect your items immediately, we recommend doing so as soon as possible to ensure any issues are reported within the required timeframe.
8. Price Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Price Guarantee on qualifying purchases. If the total purchase price of your order is offered at a lower price within 30 days after you receive your merchandise, we will issue an in-store credit for the difference. To be eligible, you must notify us of the lower price. Financing terms may be adjusted if the price change affects your original purchase subtotal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Coastal Furniture or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
10. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to:
